Universal Stainless Names Alyssa Snider Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

BRIDGEVILLE, Pa., Nov. 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: USAP) announced today that Alyssa Snider has joined the Company as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. In this newly created position, Ms. Snider will be responsible for the Human Resource function for the Company. Ms. Snider will report directly to Dennis M. Oates, Universal's Chairman, President and CEO.

Ms. Snider brings extensive experience and a noteworthy track-record as a human resources leader built through her 16 years with Shell Oil Company. She began her career at Shell as an HR Analyst and Business Partner and later took on additional roles including labor relations representative, HR Manager of Capital Projects in the U.S., Organizational Effectiveness consultant, and most recently, as Americas HR Talent Strategy Advisor, Manufacturing.

Ms. Snider holds a B.S. degree in Business Management with a Minor in Accounting from Plattsburgh State University, and a Masters of Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
