BRIDGEVILLE, PA, March 29, 2000 -- Universal Stainless &Alloy Products, Inc. (Nasdaq:USAP) announced today that it willincrease transaction prices by 5% on all stainless steel barproducts effective with orders placed April 1, 2000.
