Universal Stainless Announces Resignation of William W. Beible Jr.

BRIDGEVILLE, Pa., Aug. 31, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc. (Nasdaq:USAP) (the "Company") today announced the resignation of William W. Beible Jr. from his position with the Company in order to pursue other interests. Mr. Beible had served as the Company's Senior Vice President of Operations.
