BRIDGEVILLE, Pa., Oct. 5, 2004 -- Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc. (Nasdaq:USAP) today announced a 6% price increase effective on shipments scheduled for November 1, 2004 for all tool steel plate products manufactured at its Bridgeville, PA facility.Dudley J.
